The ARC leadership team has been actively monitoring the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and we want to provide you with a brief summary of our response. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our team members, clients, and vendor-partners. A complete overview of our response and plan is available upon request.
Today, our receiving, remanufacturing, and distribution facilities are operating at full strength to assist our clients with vital reverse supply chain and reverse logistics functions. Our customer success teams are working diligently to provide the same level of excellent service you have grown accustomed to from ARC. In addition, our teams are utilizing online tools to communicate with clients and vendor-partners, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo Meeting, and others.

We understand that many of our clients are no longer comfortable traveling for business. We too have restricted non-essential travel for our employees. We look forward to reinstating our open-door policy in the future but based on the recent resurgence of COVID-19 in GA and across the US, we will be locked down to ensure the safety of our team. Our priority is staying healthy to keep our business operating so that your business is not impacted downstream.
