Business to Business Warranty Terms
: The agreed warranty period is stated on your invoice and ranges from 30 days to 90 days, based on negotiated terms and pricing. Our Return to ARC warranty starts from the date you ship the purchased product to your END USER customer. The END-USER customer's first option under warranty is to return the product to you, ARC's customer, for repair, replacement or credit. If you have any problem with the item, you must alert your account manager within the warranty period. The ARC customer referenced on the ARC invoice is responsible for the return of any failed products, at their expense, during the warranty period. No exceptions to the warranty period will be made.
This product has been refurbished and is warranted against any electronic or mechanical defects for the stated period from the date of the original purchase by the consumer. Since this unit was sold as a refurbished item, the warranty does not apply to any cosmetic appearance items such as scratches, dents, dings, solder joints, accessories, etc. Should a defect occur, ARC will repair or, at its option, replace defective unit/parts with new or rebuilt materials without charge for either parts or labor. Replacement unit/parts will be warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover installation or damage from an accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, operating the unit against the instructions in the owner’s manual or any product which has been opened, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover batteries, battery packs or lithium button cell batteries. This warranty does not cover commercial use of the product. “Commercial use" means all other uses, including use for commercial, income-producing or rental purposes. Once the equipment has experienced commercial use, it shall thereafter be considered as commercial use for purposes of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover costs for removal and or installation of the unit for repair. Under no circumstances shall the service center be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for any other expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or otherwise.

with the following information: Unit Model Number, Unit Serial Number (begins with LP), and ARC Invoice Number. Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 5MB) that clearly show the problem and show the items outer packaging. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team. ARC is not responsible for the cost of return shipping to the ARC designated return center.
This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights and they may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some states do not follow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, hence the above exclusion and limitations may not apply.
